Adho Mukha Svanasana

Get your knees pushed off towards the floor and push your heels as far as you can.  Place your baby lying on its back beneath you, thus maintaining an eye contact with your kid. This pose will make the yoga session fun-filled for your little one and strengthens your arms and legs.


After giving birth to a baby, you might wish to shed that extra fat on belly and thighs and this Naukasana pose will help you to get the shape you desire. Be seated on the floor with your legs bent in front of you and place your baby on the lap facing you! Lean back, lie on the floor and deeply inhale and exhale; while doing this make sure to hold your baby properly.
